Property Services Reception Support Volunteer
Location: Property Services
Duties: Reponsible for providing office administrative and reception support that enhances Property Services and allows staff to focus on the essential functions of their postion.

Reponsibilities include: answering phones, greeting customers, data entry and other clerical duties.
Qualifications: Dress code is buisness casual.
Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate background screening and confidentiality agreement.
Computer and organizational skills, multi-tasking, customer service and clerical skills needed.
Completes program orientation and position specific training.
Dependable and responsible.
Good listening and communication skills.
Ability to lift,push or pull 25lbs independently.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Time commitment:flexible 1-4 hours per week.
Abide by all Hilltop policies and procedures and code of conduct.
Maintain open communication with other team members,reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
