Outreach Support
Location: Hilltop Health Access
Duties: Responsible for providing outreach support in the community that enhances Health Access services to clients and their families

Responsibilities include: assisting to man tables at community events, provide information about program services and resources, distribute brochures and flyers to key locations, track public contacts for program reporting requirements.
Qualifications: Dress code is business casual.
Completion of volunteer application packet and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate background screenings.
Time commitment: 4-6 hours a day for 1-2 days a week.
Completion of program orientation and position specific training-focus on the Affordable Care Act and Connect for Health.
Must be people oriented, energetic, and have the ability to engage others.
Maintain client and family protected health information (HIPPA) and confidentiality.
Dependable and responsible.
Good listening and communication skills.
Maintains open communication with team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Abide by all Hilltop and Health Access policies/procedures and Code of Conduct.
