Child Care Support
Location: Family First
Duties: Responsible for providing care assistance and interactive activities for children while Family First parents attend support groups.

Responsibilities include: planning group child activities according to developmental age and interests, ensure children are engaged in activities, develop relationships with each child and act as a positive role model.
Qualifications: Completion of volunteer application and interview.
Successful completion of appropriate background screenings and Child Abuse Registry.
Completes program orientation and position specific training.
Dress code is casual appropriate for duties with closed toed shoes.
Be dependable and responsible.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Ability to be nonjudgmental and empathetic.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to handle physical demands of working with multiple children.
Maintains open communication with team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.
Completes and submits volunteer hours to position supervisor monthly.
Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and code of conduct.
Time of shift depends on group schedule.
