Home Delivery is designed for our neighbors in the Phillips area who are low income and unable to physically visit the food pantry. Food is delivered free of charge, once a month.

The food is hand selected based on the neighbors’ needs and consist of canned and boxed non-perishables, produce, meat, eggs and milk when available.  

Primary Responsibilities: (detailed tasks provided during training)

• Provide a monthly tele-check phone call to one or two clients
• Pack groceries for recipient one time per month
• Deliver groceries to recipient one time per month

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to relate with compassion and empathy in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work cooperatively with clients, volunteers, vendor, and donors in order to improve the food shelf operations and clients’ experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Groceries are packed and CES which is located at 1900 11th Ave S, Minneapolis MN 44504. The deliveries occur in North and South Minneapolis.
