Duties: Veggie Prep Team
Members of this team will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling and storing the ingredients as described within the recipes.
Included in this activity would be scrubbing vegetables and chopping according to recipe instructions. Ingredients would be packaged and labeled prior to refrigeration.
All preparation will be performed at the Culinary Angels Kitchen.
Qualifications: Culinary Knife skills
Attention to recipe details
Critical of timing steps required
Demonstrates safe food handling techniques
Works well in teams
Willing to assist in other areas as needed.
