Administrative Assistant
Duties: This person will assist the Executive Director with various administrative tasks.
The assistant is someone who believes, and can speak with passion, to the
organization’s philosophy and mission. This person will collaborate with, and
report to the Executive Director.
Key Activities
Update and sustain organizations social media pages. These currently
include Facebook and Instagram.
Maintain the organization’s donor information database.
Correspond in writing, with donors, with appreciation letters when
applicable.
Collaborate with Director on content for quarterly newsletters
Manage and track marketing materials including, hats, shirts, aprons and
brochures.
Actively support and participate in the annual Appreciation dinner and
fundraising event.
Assist director with various administrative tasks as required.
Understands our organizational structure and the role and contributions of
each leader.

Proficient using database systems, word-processing, spreadsheet,
presentation, and e-mail computer applications (Google Suite, and MS
Office Suite).
Expectation:
1 year term job commitment with option to renew.
Part time position with maximum weekly target to be determined.
Hourly compensation to be determined.
