Location: Military Women's Memorial
Duties: Greet and welcome all guests at the Information Desk.

Using provided resources, including a computer, provide directional information of both the Memorial Education Center and Arlington National Cemetery.

Distribute printed information as necessary.
Qualifications: Communication skills—volunteers will work with visitors in groups and one-on-one

Willingness to learn and speak to groups about the history of women in the military

Ability to work with a team to provide visitors the best experience

Basic computer skills—to run the film and videos

Ability to get to and from the Memorial
Time Commitment: Weekday: one 4-hour shift per week
Weekend: one 4-hour shift every other weekend

Training:
All volunteers will be required to attend an orientation to the organization at the Memorial. This orientation will discuss the history of the Memorial and the volunteer program policies. In addition, each volunteer assignment will have additional training which will be arranged through the area supervisor.
