- Follow COVID safety protocols (must wear a mask & visor, wash hands sanitize frequently, clean surfaces, etc.)

- Answer phones in a friendly fashion

- Manage and book appointments

- Connect community members with the resources they need

- Answer questions regarding HOPE House and other programs

- Enter information into a computer database

- Assist Community Members make grocery orders

- Answer general email, return phone calls

- Other duties as assigned
