Virtual All Recovery Meeting (ARM) Facilitator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of tasks related to All Recovery Meetings.
-Facilitate or co-facilitate All Recovery Meetings.
-Coordinate with other volunteer facilitators and staff to ensure a consistent group schedule.
-Prepare meeting materials and assist with site set-up prior to the beginning of group.
-Meeting closes after 30 minutes if no attendees join.
Qualifications: -Shadow at least 1 meeting before facilitating. Those who have not volunteered as a volunteer facilitator for more than 6 months are required to shadow again before facilitating.
-Facilitate or co-facilitate at least 2 meetings per month for 2 months
-Have stable internet access, microphone, camera, and devise (computer or tablet, not a phone).
-Completion of the volunteer orientation and required paperwork.
-Completion of the Recovery Coach Academy.https://minnesotarecovery.org/recovery-coach-academy/
-Agreement of the MRC policies including confidentiality and ethics.
-Strong cultural competence and experience communicating with diverse communities.
-High verbal and written communication skills.
-Possess a knowledge and understanding of recovery capital in individuals, families, and communities.
