Rabbit Responder (Phone)
Location: Remote Volunteers
Duties:

Connect with the rabbit community by answering incoming phone calls. Spread rabbit health and wellness information to both new and seasoned rabbit parents alike. The Rabbit Center receives lots of incoming phone calls about how to house rabbits well, what makes the best diet for rabbit, what our Hop Shop hours are and how to get connected with other HRS resources and services. Most calls are simple and can be answered on the spot. If not, we have print resources for our Rabbit Responders to use to answer questions and help redirect callers/emailers to answers on our website.

Training and informational aids will be provided. No prior rabbit experience required but it is a plus!


Qualifications:

Must be organized and able to complete tasks independently.

Must have a friendly, positive personality. 

Must be comfortable speaking clearly over the phone.

Must be comfortable with using email.


Minimum age:18
Volunteers serve up to: 5 hours Daily
