Service Details Report - Place Service Details (stock)¶
This stock report lists volunteers and their service entries for the time period you choose in order of Place and Assignment. For each Place in your database, the report lists Assignments alphabetically. Following each Assignment is the list of volunteers who have service in that Assignment for time frame the report covers. For each service entry the report lists the service From date, To date, and hours served.
The report starts each Place on a new page. This is useful if you would like to distribute a report of the service details to the lead person (e.g. chairman, administrator, coordinator, director) for each Place.
The total number of hours reported for each volunteer, Assignment, and Place is shown as a subtotal. There is a grand total for all hours given in the time period for the volunteers included on the report at the bottom.
You can run this report for tagged volunteers, or for volunteers with any Flag, Type, or Status you specify. The report can also be restricted to just service given in a Site, Place, or Assignment you select. To do this, check the box by Only include service in and select the Site, Place, or Assignment from the dropdown list. You can run service reports for any single month, for any span of months (e.g. January 2022 through December 2022), or a specific date range.
There are also other stock Service Details reports if you'd like to have a report that is organized differently.
Customizing and Running Stock Reports
You can generate this report using the Run It button, and change its appearance using the Modify It button. You can also Clone It to create your own custom versions.
