Label Report - Labels With Schedule (stock)¶
This stock report creates labels with the volunteer's name and their Schedule. It works with sheet fed labels for laser or ink jet printers, such as Avery 5263 label sheets.
The first line on each label contains the volunteer's name. Then, for each time the volunteer is scheduled during a time period you specify, the label shows
- date scheduled
- name of the Assignment they are scheduled for
- times scheduled
For an example, look at the first label shown below. This label is for a volunteer named 'Tom Applebe.' Tom Applebe is scheduled twice. First on 09-22-2020 in an Assignment called 'Setup logistics,' from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. His second scheduled shift is on 09-23-2020 in an Assignment called 'Finish line,' from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
These labels are useful for labeling volunteer material packets at special events. Arriving volunteers can easily see and confirm their schedule when they check-in and receive their packets.
When running this report, be sure to select the time period you want to include schedule information for. You specify this time period on the Include window each time you run the report.
Customizing and Running Stock Reports
You can generate this report using the Run It button, and change its appearance using the Modify It button. You can also Clone It to create your own custom versions.
