Enable JavaScript Volgistics uses JavaScript to add program functionality to certain pages. Your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) has settings you can use to either allow, or prevent JavaScript from running on the web pages you visit. To use Volgistics, your browser must permit JavaScript, at least from the web pages at www.volgistics.com. To enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Explorer Follow these instructions if your web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, and you want to enable JavaScript on all of the web sites you visit. 1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select ‘Internet Options.’ 3. Select the ‘Security’ tab. 4. Click on the “Internet” icon. 5. Click the ‘Custom level’ button. 6. Scroll down to the ‘Scripting’ section. Set ‘Active Scripting’ to ‘Enable’ or ‘Prompt.’ 7. Click the OK Button. To enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Explorer for Volgistics only Follow these instructions if your web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, and you want to enable JavaScript only for Volgistics (and other sites you might specify). 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. From the Tools menu, select ‘Internet Options.’ 3. Select the ‘Security’ tab. 4. Click on the ‘Trusted Sites” icon. 5. Click the ‘Sites’ button. 6. In the “Add this web site to the zone” field, enter http://www.volgistics.com 7. Click the OK button. 8. Click the ‘Custom level’ button. 9. Scroll down to the ‘Scripting’ section. Set ‘Active Scripting’ to ‘Enable.’ 10. Click the OK Button. To enable JavaScript in Mozilla FireFox Follow these instructions if your web browser is Mozilla FireFox. 1. Start Firefox. 2. From the Tools menu, select Options. 3. Click on the “Web Features” icon. 4. Check the “Enable JavaScript” checkbox. 5. Click the OK button. To enable JavaScript in Apple Safari Follow these instructions if your web browser is Apple Safari. 1. Start Safari. 2. From the Safari menu, select Preferences 3. Click on the “Security” icon. 4. In the “Web content” section, check “Enable JavaScript.” 5. Close the Preferences window. |
