Awards Reports Awards reports are sorted by award. For each Award you have setup in Volgistics, this report lists the volunteers who are eligible for (or who have received) each award, followed by any fields of information you choose to include from the volunteer record. These are examples of the stock Awards report, however you can create many other report varieties from this format. Award eligibility (stock) Details  Presented awards (stock) Details  To create a new Awards report: 1. Choose Print from the menu. 2. Click on “Awards,” and then click on “Create a new awards report.” 3. Customize your report using the Options, Fields, Page Design, and Include windows. When you reach the Save window you can either save your report without printing it (by clicking the Save button) or save your report and print it now (by clicking the Save and Print button). Retrieve your printed report from your Volgistics Mailbox. |
