Address Label Reports Use Address label reports to print mailing labels for volunteers, coordinators, or volunteer contacts (such as references, employers, or emergency contacts). These reports work with sheet fed labels for laser or ink jet printers. Address label reports include the recipient’s name and mailing address in a standard postal format. For US addresses, labels may optionally include Postnet bar codes for faster postal service sorting. Use these reports to print mailing labels for all volunteers and/or coordinators, or specify specific sets of volunteer or coordinator recipients. Stock Address label reports: Coordinator address labels (stock) Details Volunteer address labels (stock) Details Volunteer bulk mailing labels (stock) Details If you need labels for volunteers that include fields other than (or in addition to) name and address, use a Labels report instead. To create a new Address label report: 1. Choose Print from the menu. 2. Click on “Address labels,” and then click on “Create a new Address label report.” 3. Customize your report using the Options, Fields, Page Design, and Include windows. When you reach the Save window you can either save your report without printing it (by clicking the Save button) or save your report and print it now (by clicking the Save and Print button). Retrieve your printed report from your Volgistics Mailbox. |
