With Volgistics, you can send email to your volunteers right through the system. No need to manage a separate list of email addresses, or go through to tedious process of selecting certain volunteers in Outlook. You can do it all from Volgistics. You can send email to:
- All volunteers
- A single volunteer
- Volunteers that work in a specific assignment
- Volunteers scheduled on a certain day
- Volunteers that you "tag" based on criteria you choose
- Volunteers that have a birthday next month
- Coordinators
- ...and more
If you use the optional VicNet or VicTouch modules, you can also send volunteers messages via VIC Mail. This allows volunteers to receive your messages when they sign in to VicTouch or login to VicNet. Unlike regular email, you can track VIC Mail messages, and find out if your volunteers have received it.
