Create a new paid account

Congratulations, you've decided to use the most flexible and comprehensive volunteer management software on the market. You've made a great choice.

Step 1 Create a Trial Account

To start a Volgistics account, you'll always begin by signing up for a trial account and then converting it to a paid account. If you do not already have a trial account and would like to create one, follow these steps:

1. Visit www.volgistics.com

2. Click the 'Free trial' tab.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen to sign-up

When you've completed these steps, your Volgistics account number will be sent to the email address you provided.

Step 2 Convert Your Trial to a Paid account

You are now ready to upgrade your trial account to a paid account. When you activate your account you can optionally keep the customizations, system operators, and information you entered during your trial (if any); or you can start fresh by clearing your account before you begin entering or importing real data. To keep what you've done in your trial account, active your account before your trial expires or within 120 days of its expiration date.

To convert your trial account to a paid account, retrieve your trial account number from the email sent to you previously and follow the steps below.

1. Visit www.volgistics.com

2. Click the 'Store' tab

3. Enter the nine digit account number for your trial account and your Volgistics login name and password, and then click the Continue button

4. Choose the payment method you prefer and click the Continue button. Follow the directions on the page to complete the payment process.
