Volgistics had its first paying customer in 1990 and quickly moved forward with a product called VolunteerWorks. This windows based product was the industry standard of volunteer management software for many years. However, our progressive development team did not kick back and hold onto the successes of the past. They recognized the value of a web based product and began working on something new to the industry. In 2004, before most people had heard of cloud computing, we released the current product, Volgistics. Today, we are by far the largest and most complete web based solution on the market.
